The development and constant improvement of organisational goals and objectives is fundamental to the productivity and success of the firm and its entire workforce.
While I am relatively new to the legal industry compared to my colleagues, I know what I can bring to table, and what I have yet to learn. Further, compatibility between an employer’s and employee’s goals and objectives is essential. While researching some if the core values of various firms in many different areas of law, I came across those of Carter Capner Law.
Carter Capner Law’s core values and objectives are:
- technical knowledge and continuous learning that sets them apart from other firms;
- thorough and relentless hard work;
- critical thinking, and finding solutions for any and all situations;
- taking responsibility of and exceeding expectations placed upon them; and
- ensuring the best experience for all clients.
Carter Capner Law’s hard work and dedication to clients can be seen in the many client testimonials uploaded to their Youtube Channel. I personally found Christina’s to be insightful into the values of Carter Capner Law.

The goals and objectives displayed by Carter Capner Law are much the same to my own, such as the drive to exceed expectations and provide the best experience and outcome for the clients.
However, to truly match the values and objectives of Carter Capner Law, there are skills and knowledge I must develop. These include:
- extensive problem-solving skills;
- greater ability to adapt to certain situations or obstacles; and
- increased technical knowledge and learning resources.
Ultimately, I believe my personal career values and objectives are in sync with those of Carter Capner Law enough to ensure a successful and effective work partnership.
